After the beautiful response to our first sold-out wellness experience, so many of you asked us, WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE? WE LISTENED, and we knew we wanted to create something special again, this time, with a completely different feeling.

Welcome to the UNIK FEMME Wellness Club — Fall Edition.

Imagine a cozy evening surrounded by warm autumn tones,  intimate studio filled with soft candlelight, calming movement, soft music, beautiful details, a room of inspiring women, and a calming atmosphere designed to make you slow down the moment you walk through the door.

For two hours, we invite you to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply slow down, breathe, move and receive.

THE EXPERIENCE

We’ll begin the evening with a Somatic Pilates class: a gentle, intentional approach to movement that combines Pilates-inspired exercises with deeper body awareness, mindful breathing and connection to how your body feels as you move.

Rather than focusing only on performance, the experience encourages you to slow down, release tension and become more present in your body.

After movement, the evening transitions into a moment of self-care and connection.

Enjoy a mini facial massage, light bites and refreshing drinks while connecting with an intimate community of women.

Because wellness isn’t only about how we move our bodies, it’s also about how we feel, connect and care for ourselves.

Yoga mats will be provided, so there’s no need to bring your own.

WHAT TO WEAR

To complement the intimate candlelight atmosphere of the evening, we invite you to dress in soft, elevated autumn tones.

Think burgundy, chocolate brown, black, beige, khaki, cream, off-white and white.

Please avoid bright colours such as vibrant pinks, oranges or neon tones.
