At UNIK FEMME, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. 

However, in the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, we are happy to assist you.

Due to  hygiene and safety reasons,  returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items. 

If you receive an item with a defect or issue, you must:

• Please contact us at info@unikfemme.com within 48 hours after delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Include your order number

After review, our team will provide the best solution.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

UNIK FEMME reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
